1979 Sabre Craft/American Marine Ind Inc Values, Specs and Prices
The Sabre Craft name began appearing as a marine manufacturer during the start of the 1960s as a builder of plywood and fiberglass runabout boats. In a matter of a few years, the Michigan-based Sabre Craft was purchased by American Marine Industries Incorporated. Sabre Craft/American Marine Industries Incorporated continued through to the late 1970s producing a boat line-up consisting of vessels ranging from 18 to 24 feet in length. The final Sabre Craft/American Marine Industries watercraft was built in 1980.
