Founded in the construction of wooden boats, the Pacemaker Yacht Company would shift to the industry standard fiberglass hulls in the 1960s. In business association with the Egg Harbor Yacht Company since the 1950s, the Pacemaker Yacht Company would be sold twice more before ending production in 1992.
