Building their first boat in 1936, Tollycraft was a builder of large powerboats headquartered in the state of Washington. Tollycraft would upgrade to fiberglass hulls through the 1960s as they continued to grow as a major provider of large pleasure crafts. Building 24-foot sedan boats for fishing and utility duties, Tollycraft was also involved in the construction of large motor yachts ranging up to 68 feet in length. Tollycraft’s founder Robert Merland Tollefson sold the company in 1987 to an investor group that wound up out of business a decade later.
