Building 9-foot mini jet boats, Scram Jet Incorporated featured lightweight, single-person vessel during the boom of personal watercraft business in the late 1980s. Scram Jet Incorporated boat designs meant powerplants of only 40 to 50 horsepower are needed to push the company’s Magnum and Sidewinder vessels to speed. Beginning operation in Greenville, Florida for 1988, Scram Jet Incorporated continued production of their fiberglass vessels until 1996.
