Borrowing inspiration from the eastern word “Yare” meaning graceful, the boat company Yar-Craft Incorporated was established in 1969. Yar-Craft Incorporated grew to become a popular name in fiberglass fishing boats spanning between 14 and 22 feet in length. Vessels best geared to walleye fishing, tiller and console driven boats are available from Yar-Craft Incorporated. Since 2011, the Yar-Craft name has operated as an independent brand under Challenger Incorporated.
