Manufactured under the South Carolina marine company Funway Industries Incorporated, Skipper Craft pontoon boats were first produced in 1979. Skipper Craft accommodated the interests of fishing as well as party boat customers with a line of 20-foot and 24-foot pontoon vessels. Skipper Craft utilized fiberglass pontoons that allowed their watercraft to be an affordable option for recreational boaters. Skipper Craft production ended after the 1992 model year.
