Originally known as Nescher Boats, Sleekcraft Boats began producing an extensive line-up of speedboats in 1968. Featuring outboard, stern and jet drive propulsion, Sleekcraft Boats products ranged in sizes from 17 to 34 feet. Sleekcraft Boats was on the receiving end of a lawsuit from Slickcraft/AMF in 1979. Slickcraft/AMF argument that the Sleekcraft Boats name was an infringement on their brand name was ultimately remedied.
