At one time an independent marine company in Canada, Thundercraft was purchased by Cadorette Marine in the late 1980s. Thundercraft by Cadorette Marine sold an assorted line-up of bow rider and cuddy cruiser boats ranging from 14 to 37 feet in length. Equipped for family enjoyment on the water, Thundercraft by Cadorette Marine watercraft line-up featured vessels for fishing, cruising or water sport activities. Falling into bankruptcy, Thundercraft by Cadorette Marine would be sold under the Jeanneau name in 1995.
