PDQ Yachts Incorporated was a Canadian-based marine manufacturer assembling motor-powered and sailboat vessels. Structural engineering graduate Dr. Harvey Griggs along with Alan Slater and son Simon Slater constructed the first PDQ Yachts Incorporated sailing catamaran before officially establishing the company in 1987. First marketing a 34-foot sailboat, a 42-foot Antares was created in 2001 as a replacement to the older watercraft designs of PDQ Yachts Incorporated. PDQ Yachts Incorporated constructed their final boats in 2008 following the company’s acquisition by Pearson Composites.
