A company originating from Finland’s village of Rymattyla, Terhi was founded in 1972. Building small fishing boats that quickly proved to be a hit among the Finnish and other European customers, Terhi USA was established in order to supply 8-foot to 16-foot boats west of the Atlantic Ocean. Powered by outboard motor or rowing, Terhi USA vessels consist of recyclable hulls produced with ABS plastic construction. Worldwide, Terhi has produced almost 200,000 boats as of 2009.
