Spawned from company Challenger Aerotech in 1995, Challenger Offshore moved from Michigan to Missouri as a builder of good all-around recreational boats. Challenger Offshore expanded their line-up for a greater marine clientele. Part of Challenger Offshore’s improved model range included comfortable cruiser boats ranging up to 55 feet in length. Challenger Offshore changed to Challenger Powerboats after the 2005 model year when the marine manufacturer was purchased by Xtreme Companies.
