Founded in Seattle, Washington during the 1970s, Valiant Yacht Corporation was originally part of the boat builder Uniflite. Valiant Yacht Corporation would eventually form into its own company and move their business to the state of Texas. Employing a young Robert Perry to design some of their first sailboats, Valiant Yacht Corporation found success with a 40-foot vessel. Spanning up to 51 feet in length, the fiberglass boats of Valiant Yacht Corporation continue to be renowned as performance cruising vessels.
