The 2000 Kia Spectra is a brand-new, five-passenger hatchback sedan. Inside the Spectra offers generous passenger room but still has space for rear cargo. The engine is a 1.8L four-cylinder which generates 125 hp and is rated right around 30 mpg on the highway. Two trims are offered; the GS and the GSX, both of which are available with either a five-speed manual or a four-speed automatic transmission.
