Infiniti’s flagship Luxury Sedan gets minor changes this model year. The 2003 Infiniti Q45 is elegant, powerful and well-equipped. Offered in two trims – the base Luxury model and the upper-echelon Premium – the Q45 boasts a 340 horsepower 4.5-liter V8 that generates 333 lbs-ft of torque mated to a 5-speed automatic transmission as standard. Inside, leather and wood abound, as well as navigation, an in-dash CD changer and heated seats. Additional creature comforts include auto climate control, cruise, keyless entry, full power accessories and steering wheel audio controls.
