Aside from some additional power this year, the 2004 Dodge Neon remains virtually unchanged. This affordable, gas-efficient four door Sedan comes available in the Base SE, the SXT, the R/T or the SRT-4 models. Recalibrated for 2004, the SRT-4 is now powered by a supercharged 2.4-liter 230 horsepower engine (which, believe it or not, makes it the second fastest car in the Dodge line-up behind the Viper). The Base model is practically equipped with not so many bells and whistles, but the SRT-4 features a nice line-up of equipment, including high-performance tires.
