For 2005, the 4Runner remains relatively unchanged. This is a four-door five-passenger mid-size SUV available in SR5, Sport or Limited trim levels. The base engine is a 4.0-liter 24-valve V6 that produces 236 horsepower, with an optional 4.7-liter V8 that boosts the horsepower to 260. You can choose from the standard two-wheel-drive model, or you can select either the multi-mode or full-time four-wheel-drive systems.
