A carry-over from 2005, the 2006 Camry is offered in CE, LE, SE, XLE and Limited trim levels, with a 2.4Liter inline four-cylinder engine that produces 158HP as the base, with the same 3.5Liter V6 that generates 268HP found in the Avalon. The four-cylinder is available with either a five-speed manual or five-speed automatic transmission, whereby the only offering for the V6 is a six-speed automatic.
