2010 Ford Mustang
The 2010 Ford Mustang features the first major redesign since the wildly popular retro style was introduced for the 2005 model year. Sporting all-new sheet metal except for the roof, the new Mustang is a decidedly more aggressive take on the last generation's classic looks. The powerdome hood, sweeping beltline and new grille and front fascia give the 2010 Ford Mustang a muscular, sporty stance. The 210 hp 4.0L V6 carries over from last year's model, while the GT's 4.6L V8 gets a boost from 300 hp to 315 hp by utilizing the exhaust, intake and ECU tuning from the 2009 Bullitt Mustang. The 2010 GT500 gets a similar treatment, allowing the 5.4L supercharged V8 to produce a monstrous 540 hp and 510 ft-lbs of torque - 40 hp and 30 ft-lbs more than the 2009 model. Starting at $20,995 MSRP for the V6 coupe and $27,995 for the V8 GT coupe, the 2010 Ford Mustang continues the legacy of affordable power in an attractive and instantly recognizable package.
