Mercedes-Benz takes a big plunge into the hybrid luxury vehicle market for 2010. An all-new hybrid model of the Mercedes-Benz ML450 Hybrid and S400 Hybrid sedan combines a 3.5-liter V-6 engine with an electric motor combining strong performance and fuel economy. For 2010, the Mercedes-Benz badge will be worn in a less conventional manner in the United States. Sold previously under the Dodge brand in North America, the Sprinter van joins Mercedes-Benz as a commercial product.
