For 2010, the three-vehicle lineup of Scion continues to furnish fun, affordable vehicles targeted for first-time new car buyers. Adding extra value to their xD subcompact hatchback in the name of entertainment and safety, Scion adds Vehicle Stability Control (Toyota's electronic stability control system) and a new 160-watt Pioneer audio system as standard equipment for the 2010 model year. A similar stereo unit is also found in the 2010 Scion xB while an optional Alpine stereo system adds HD radio and a 4.3-inch touchscreen control screen. For 2010, the Scion tC is now available on a new Nautical Blue Metallic exterior color. The 2010 Scion tC, xB and xD will both be presented as special limited-production models later in the year part of the brand's annual Release Series tradition.
The box is back and the 2010 Scion xB still wears the slightly more rounded look carried over from the 2008 and 2009 models while receiving an updated standard Pioneer radio with a USB connection for your MP3 player.
