After a brief hiatus, the Dodge Durango returns in 2011 now based on a platform similar to the Jeep Grand Cherokee. A Pentastar V-6 or a HEMI V-8 engine is available as propulsion for the new Durango. As well as adding the new V-6 engine, the Charger and Challenger line is enriched by greater high-end performance. The SRT-8 versions of the Dodge Challenger and Charger are propelled by a new 6.4-liter V-8 providing 470 horsepower to the rear wheels.
A faithful recreation of a classic muscle car, the two-door 2011 Dodge Challenger boasts several advancements such as added standard features, improved handling and a 305 horsepower Pentastar V-6 base engine.
