2014 model year changes

For 2014, the Nissan Maxima has only minor changes. A new S Value Package features smoked HID xenon headlights, special 18-inch wheels, a rear spoiler, and other exterior appointments, while SV trim now has a standard rearview monitor with 7-inch color display.

Un-changed for 2014, the Nissan Maxima is a FWD five passenger sedan powered by a 3.5-liter V6 engine that produces 290 hp and 261 lb-ft of torque. The Maxima comes standard with an Xtronic automatic transmission and optional paddle shifters. Fuel mileage is an EPA estimated 19 mpg city and 26 mpg highway. Features include rear-view monitor, heated front seats, USB connection, 19-inch alloy wheels, rear spoiler, HID headlights, navigation, and a premium package. Safety is comprised of Nissan advanced airbag system, anti-lock braking (ABS), vehicle dynamic control (VDC), traction control system (TCS), energy absorbing steering column, and tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS).
