The car was offered standard with a 2.5-liter V6 engine that could produce 204 horsepower. Minor changes were made to the 2011 model year, including a few cosmetic tweaks and revisions (interior and exterior) and the addition of the optional LED running lights. While no changes were made in 2012, the 2013 model year got HD radio and Lexus popular Enform app integration system for smartphone users. The 2014 IS 250C saw the addition of the F Sport package.
