Acura TSX Models and TSX History

Launched in 2004, the Acura TSX would be offered with a 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine incorporating i-VTEC technology. For 2009, a lengthened second generation version of the TSX involved Acura's new Power Plenum grille and safety of ACE (Advanced Compatibility Engineering) body structure. Introduced for 2012, the Acura TSX Special Edition model (commemorating the 25th anniversary of sale for the Acura brand) the boasted unique sport styling touches, red-stitched interior and aluminum pedals. The Acura TSX was replaced in 2015 by the TLX. In motorsports, the Acura TSX campaigned by RealTime Racing scored four championships in SCCA World Challenge competition.
