The Maybach 57 S debuted in 2006, offering a larger engine with more horsepower, bigger wheels, sports-tuned suspension and brakes, and signature interior and exterior features that were not offered on the standard trims. The luxury supercar car also saw the addition the Parking Assist System, which now was offered as standard equipment versus optional. A new Business Package was also announced, boasting a rolling office complete with all the amenities. For model years 2008 through 2009, there were no major changes made to the 57 S. Passenger-controlled Bluetooth phone settings were introduced in 2010 for the rear seat passengers. In 2011, the 57 S got an engine boost to the tune of 16 more horsepower, bringing the grand total output to 620 horsepower. Subtle changes were made to the interior and exterior styling as well. The 57 S would carry over through 2012 relatively unchanged.
