Encompassing the recreational product marketplace during the 1970s into the 1980s, the Camp Mate brand name was connected camping trailers, park model, Class C motorhomes and travel trailers. Having built trailers spanning up to 32 feet, 5 inches in length, Camp Mate would depart from towable vacation vehicles after the 1981 model year. Camp Mate motorhomes, produced until the 1983 model year, ranged from 17 to 22.5 feet and were built on Dodge and Chevrolet van frames.
