Recreational vehicle maker Elite was founded in 1984 initially as a builder of Class A motorhomes. Creating motorhomes between lengths from 30 to 40 feet, Elite would also add park model and travel trailers to their product array through the 1980s. Elite would disappear from the recreational vehicle marketplace after the 1992 but briefly returned in the 2000 model year.
